Liability Limitations

1. Disclaimer of Warranties​

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Limitation of Liability​

In no event shall Coroid s.r.o., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service;
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service (or, if we choose, to supplying you the Service again).

3. High Risk Activities​

The Service is not designed or intended for use in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, weapons systems, or life support machines, in which the failure of the Service could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage.
