SaaS Onboarding Guide

Welcome to QuantumDMN SaaS! This guide will walk you through setting up your account, managing your organization, and creating your first project.

1. Choose a Plan & Checkout

To get started, visit our Pricing Page.

  1. Select the plan that fits your needs (e.g., Starter, Scale).
  2. Click Buy Now.
  3. You will be prompted by our payment partner, Paddle, to complete the purchase.
    • During checkout, you can enter your Business Details (VRN/VAT ID, Company Name, Address) for invoicing purposes.

2. Account Activation

Once your payment is successful:

  1. Your Organization Account is automatically created.
  2. You will receive an email containing a One-Time Password (OTP).
  3. Use this OTP to log in for the first time. You will be required to set a permanent password immediately.

3. Organization Management

Manage your users, service accounts, and identity provider integrations at the Auth Console.

In the Auth Console, you can:

  • Invite Users: Add team members to your organization.
  • Configure Identity Providers: Set up SSO with Google, GitHub, or generic OIDC/SAML providers (Enterprise plans).
  • Create Service Accounts: Generate machine-to-machine credentials for CI/CD pipelines.

4. Accessing the Platform

The core of QuantumDMN where you manage rules and projects is the Platform Console.

Log in using your organization credentials (the same ones used for the Auth Console).

5. Setting Up Your First Project

Upon your first login to the Platform:

  1. Create a Project: You will see a dashboard and you will have an option to create a new project. Click Create Project and give it a name (e.g., "Loan Approval").
  2. Administrator Access: As the project creator, you automatically become the Administrator of this project.
  3. Add Members:
    • Go to Project Settings > Members.
    • You can search for users from your organization (managed in step 3) and add them to the project.
    • Assign roles such as Editor, Viewer, Executor, or Admin to control their access levels.

6. Next Steps

Now that your environment is set up, you can:

  • Create Decisions: Open the DMN Modeler and start building your decision logic.
  • Use the SDKs: Integrate the DMN execution engine into your applications using our SDKs.
  • API Integration: Use the Platform to execute decisions.
