Team Members

Collaboration is key in QuantumDMN. You can invite team members to your project and assign them specific roles.

Managing Members​

To manage members, navigate to the Members tab in your project view.

Adding a Member​

  1. Click Add Member.
  2. Search for the user by Username or Email.

Users are searched and loaded directly from your Zitadel organization.

  1. Select a Role (see below).
  2. Click Add User.

Removing a Member​

Click the Trash Icon next to a user's name to remove them from the project.

You cannot remove yourself if you are the logged-in user.

Changing Roles​

Click the Edit Icon to change a user's role.

Project Roles​

RoleDescription
AdminFull access to the project. Can manage members, delete the project, and edit all content.
EditorCan create, edit, and delete DMN models and versions. Cannot manage members or delete the project.
ExecutorCan execute simulations and call the API. Read-only access to models.
ViewerRead-only access to models and project details. Cannot execute logic or view simulation results (depending on configuration).
